Gold Is More Likely To Hit A New All-Time High In 2020 Compared To BTC Says Peter Schiff

Once again, the bitcoin naysayer Peter Schiff has taking digs at the leading cryptocurrency, bitcoin.
It’s safe to say that bitcoin and gold have both been taking hot hits since the pandemic of COVID-19 took over the world and the economy has gone into a state of turmoil as a result. Bitcoin experienced a market crash earlier in the year in March, it looked like the future was quite bleak. However, bitcoin has been able to recover more than 130% from its low’s whereas precious metal of gold is only up at 60% during the same period.
The reason I mention this in gold is that Peter Schiff is a well-known goldbug. He believes that the precious-metals is significantly better than its so-called digital counterpart of bitcoin.
Even though bitcoin is performing better than gold, Schiff believes that bitcoin will not break through to his old records in order to reach new highs during 2020.
The bitcoin hater even went on to say that gold is more likely to hit a new all-time high this year than the flash of crypto currency. You can see what he says on Twitter below:
I'm just talking about the last 2.5 years. I was wrong not to buy Bitcoin 8 years ago, but anyone still holding it was wrong not to sell it 2.5 years ago. #Gold will likely make a new all-time high in 2020. #Bitcoin won't even come close.
