My failures as I start on Vite

So I just tried to buy a token
I placed a limit order a bit higher then the price was (because I didn't see any market order and the price was going up), but then once it exceeded the limit, it didn't buy. Why is that?
Once it didn't buy, I cancelled the order. But then it said something about quota and it taking 3 days for me to get it back. Is there any way to speed up that process?
I got the Vite on the exchange, I just wanna buy a coin. Please help

If I send more Vite to the wallet, and stake it for quota, will that hasten the process?
