Had an issue with compiling v-day form

dear Vite Admin... I participated to your V-day reward campaign and did all the required steps (Twitter, reply in forum and completed the form)... unfortunately I was traveling that day and I just realized that maybe the form did not go through (I found the page still in my browser with an error message). Could you please check... my entry is the one with the old couple and the snow/moon. Thank you. Tony
