      1. Introduction
Translation, management, and running campaigns—I am doing everything by myself.
However, members in the community have been actively helping out with translation and writing articles on a voluntary basis recently. I feel that we will become a great, close-knit community.
The following is a brief report on our activities in June 2019.

2.Increase in Number of Community Members:(Monthly changes since April)
      Telegram:25→210→287
      Twitter:53→402→507
      FullNode:2→13→28

      3.Campaigns Held
6/15 From a budget of 10,000 VITE, 1,000 VITE was distributed to each of the 10 members picked by drawing lots.
      Qualifying conditions:
      ・Joined Vite Japan Telegram
      ・Following @ViteXExchange
・Tag the accounts of 3 friends and retweet
      Selection method:
Accounts with more than 500 followers were selected from the qualifying accounts, from which the winners were drawn at random.

Ad-hoc campaign: VCP is granted to community members who have made contributions through their active actions. For instance, I have personally sent VCP this month to a member who wrote an original article on FullNode as well as a member newly working on FullNode.
We value tangible contributions more than the number of people.

      4.Translated Articles
I am translating all the official Medium and Forum articles and announcements released by Vite and ViteX by myself.
I will not go into details here as this includes everything.
      https://medium.com/vite-labs-japan

      5.Others
I have been participating in the Super Star Program since last month, but I think it is the duty of each manager to report on the activities of the community in their respective countries.
If possible, I think it would be healthier for this to not be a race for awards, but instead a place for everyone to report on their activities with the presentation of awards being secondary.
If I were to receive the prize money, I intend to give part of it back to my cherished members in the Japanese community.

At the same time, I would like to say something else on this occasion.

Even now, I have never felt the presence of our CEO, Charles Liu.
So, I am wondering if he is actually a fiction.

Jokes aside, July will be the month of ViteX.
I look forward to working alongside everyone in the Beijing team, the Silicon Valley team, and the community managers to make Vite even better.💪 🤡

      3. Implementation of the campaign
Currently, the Japanese community is conducting an article creation campaign.
The aim is to encourage the creation of original articles by community members, share them, and lead to learning within the community.
Rewards are paid by VCP, and the amount of reward is determined by quality and volume.

SBP Japan Node, established by a member of the japan community in August, is currently in 10th place.
      It continues to expand dramatically.
He is plannning to established an exchange specializing in OTC with the approval of the Financial Services Agency.
      He is a wonderful member.

In the future, the Japan community will increase the number of active members and expand the scale.

The japan community has the intention to create a virtual community rather than just simply aiming to increase the number of people.

Furthermore, with the initiatives of all the communities in various parts of the world, more than before, let's guide the Vite project to a success with the cooperation of everyone of the Vite team.

      1.Introduction
I created the Japanese community when Luke and Chris invited me in April 2019.
It was because I had won a prize in the V-Day campaign.
Takeshi: “Almost no one knows about Vite in Japan. Are you not creating a community?”
      Chris: “Do it yourself.”
That was how this came about.
From translation, management, to organizing campaigns—I do everything on my own.
However, members in the community have actively taken the initiative to translate content and write articles recently, which has been a great help. I believe that we will become a warm and amazing community.
As I have already said what I had wanted to convey, I will give a brief overview below.
The details below only pertain to the month of May, since it is the norm to give a monthly overview.

      2. Increase in New Members
      Telegram: 25→216
      Twitter: 53→419(No cheat、No bot)
      FullNode 3→14
(Ratio of fullnodes to telegram community members.
Compare this with the data of each country.
It is the result of me and a group of volunteers.
We have repeatedly told everyone about the creation
and construction of fullnode related articles.)

      3. Campaigns Organized
5/18 With a budget of 10,000 VITE, we distributed 100 VITE each to 100 people.
      Conditions:
      ・ New Telegram members only
      ・Followers of @vitelabs
・Members who have joined the Japanese version of Telegram
To apply, members had to post screenshots of their wallet address and of them joining Telegram in the comments section of Twitter.

Ad-hoc basis 1. ALIS tokens obtained here for posting translated Vite articles on ALIS (Japanese version of steemit) were given to community members when they voluntarily create an article.

Ad-hoc basis 2. VCP was given to community members who have made contributions through their activity. For instance, designs from two members of the Japanese community were in the second round of the logo vote on ViteX. I sent VCP to both of them personally.
The same applies to members who were awarded bug bounty on ViteX.

We value tangible contributions more than the number of people.

      4. Translated Articles
All articles and announcements from Vite or ViteX have been translated by me.
Since it is literally everything, I will not discuss them individually.
Also, I have created 6 original articles in the past, but none in May.
In May, there was an article on full nodes that was written by a member of the community.
      https://medium.com/vite-labs-japan

      5. Others
The reason I joined the Super Star Program is not because I wanted any individual recognition.
If I do win a prize, I will give part of it back to the members of my beloved Japanese community.
I think that all the managers in the various areas should report on their operations on a monthly basis.

Also, I would like to take this opportunity to say something else.
Thank you, Luke and Chris, for inviting me to Vite.
I am also grateful to Juliet for always creating articles that are simple and easy to understand.
Thank you, Allen, for your generosity whenever I approach you personally to discuss things.
Finally, I am grateful to everyone in the core manager group, who always give their everything for the future of Vite.

      Thank you very much!

It will be important to get them in smoothly and increase their understanding of the new product.
I will work on creating articles that are easy for beginners to understand.
And, as I did before, I would like to focus on actual use and demonstrations at cryptographic events.

      8. Implementation of the campaign

Before the launch of Mainnet, we have, in collaboration with NEXTMONEY, Japanese media specializing in cryptocurrency, implemented posting on media, posting of Vite related article on Twitter, YouTube Live broadcasts, etc.
At the same time airdrops organized by them and lottery drawing were also carried out by them.

Also, on September 28, I participated in a 200-person blockchain event held in Tokyo by them, and implemented a campaign to give a gift of 10,000 VCP to Vite Wallet adducers.

What is also noteworthy, is that I negotiated with the organizer and have implemented VITE payment of the fees in the bar inside the venue.
Overtaking the primary currencies of BTC, XRP, ETH, and LTC, VITE was the most used payment method at this event.
It was victorious due to its zero commissions and fast processing speed.

Many of the participants actually paid with VITE and enjoyed drinking cocktails while talking about VITE.
Many Telegram community members also attended, and could deepen communication in an real-life location.

Implemented when called for: VCPs are granted to community members who haave contributed by being active. This includes the writing of original articles, useful suggestions, the challenging of new fields such as SBP and operators, and active promotional activities by members who have a number of followers larger than a prescribed amount.

      1. Translation of articles
In September, 10 Medium articles were translated.

      2. Miscellaneous
In August, the first SBP in Japan was born.
        This Japan_Node is currently 20th.
At the aforementioned event, I discussed with him the upcoming expansion of the Vite community.

The japan community has the intention to create a virtual community rather than just simply aiming to increase the number of people.
Furthermore, with the initiatives of all the communities in various parts of the world, more than before, let's guide the Vite project to a success with the cooperation of everyone of the Vite team.

      6. First of all
Translation, management and campaign implementation. I'm doing all this by myself.
However, recently community members have begun actively helping me by translating and writing articles. I think even if the number of people is small, we can build a higher quality team than any other community.
I will now report on the activities from August 2019.

      7. Increase in community members: (Changes every month from April)
        Telegram: 25 → 210 → 286 → 352 → 340
        Twitter: 53 → 402 → 501 → 850 → 1030

      8. Implementation campaign
Since we will hold a large-scale campaign in September before the main net launch, we intentionally didn't carry out the implementation this month.
In September, we will collaborate with Japanese cryptocurrency media NEXTMONEY to plan media postings, advertising in LINE groups hosted by media, and podcast broadcasts.
Also, on September 28th, they will hold a 300-person blockchain event in Tokyo.
Community members and I will attend the event and promote Vite as much as possible.
*I invited Chris and Luke but they declined.

Implemented as needed: I am giving VCP to community members who have made active contributions. This includes the creation of original articles, useful proposals, challenges in new fields such as SBP and operators, and active promotional activities by members with more than a certain number of followers.

The Japanese community values visible contributions more than just the number of people.

      1. Translated articles
All of the official Medium and Forum articles and announcements are translated by me.
In August, I translated 11 Medium articles.
        https://medium.com/vite-labs-japan

      2. Other
This is my fourth month of contributing to the Superstar program.
“Since I’m getting paid, I think it’s my duty to write a monthly community activity report.”
I have continued to say this, but I am happy to implement this as a Vite CM Semi-Monthly Report.

In August, Japan's first SBP was born. I will ask him to write an article on “How to be an SBP”, and give him VCP as renumeration. The aim is to encourage participation in SBP from now on.
Articles created by professionals are easy for professionals to understand, but can be difficult for people to understand in general.
However, articles created by community members are easy to understand even for beginners.
In the future, for example, if a ViteX operator is born, he will receive VCP and create a “How to be a ViteX operator” article. This will increase the number of operators.

When you give VITE, you make use of the other person's desire, but in the case of VCP, you can be active with a genuine sense of contribution.
The name Vite Community Point represents everything.
I think that using VCP to continue the cycle of contribution is the key to forming a substantive community, not the number of people.

With individual efforts from all around the world, let’s work together with the entire Vite team to lead the Vite project to success.

      1. Introduction

Implementation of campaign, translation and management. Everything is being done by one person. However, recently community members have been voluntarily helping out by translating and writing articles. The community appears to be warm and magnificent.
Below is a brief report on the activities for July 2019.

      2. Increase in number of community members: (monthly transition from April)

      Telegram:25→210→286→352
      Twitter:53→402→501→850
      FullNode total number: 2→13→28→159

      3. Implementation of campaign

7/15~7/30 Budget of 400,000VCP divided equally between full node operators
      Conditions:
      ・Operation of full node
・Entry to be made by July 25th
・Entry can be made by sending PM to the admin (Display VCP address and name of node)
・Operation of node when there is confirmation of irregularity of implementation on numerous occasions
・Show screenshot for this month’s compensation history by the 27th
      Result of implementation:
Number of new participants for full node has increased by five. Compared to the previous measurement, it has been confirmed that the number of full nodes has increased greatly.
It was possible to converse with all the eco system contributors by having a PM sent using a telegram when making an entry. (This also means to confirm that the participants are Japanese.)
Among the contributors, there were also people who showed interest in ViteX operator and super node and it was possible to check each identity.

Implementation when necessary: Giving VCP to community members that have shown contribution through active conduct. For example, taking part in this month’s ViteX simulation trade competition, give VCP to each respective member that reached 6th place for the trade section and 5th place for the VX section.

Since August is just prior to the launch of mainnet, implementation of large scale marketing is planned using specialist crypto media within Japan.

The Japanese community places more importance on visible contribution rather than the number of people.

      1. Article translation
Announcements and official Medium and Forum articles published by Vite or ViteX are all translated by one person.
Each introduction is omitted since it includes everything.
        https://medium.com/vite-labs-japan

      2. Other
Donation to the superstar program will be made in the 3rd month.
More so than receiving compensation, the monthly community report is considered a duty.

ViteX launches in July and mining also commences in August.
After this, the countdown of mainnet should perhaps start.
Let’s all work together more than ever before as team members of Vite and lead project Vite to success.
