Pasword does not work! where can i give my seed phrase can’t get out of this screen

@plasmo it workt fine till i did something wrong l think import account, then it asks for my pasword but does not take it and i get the pup up try seed phrase but unable to put it in!

@Maarten unfortunately don't have any Apple devices so can't help you on this one
but you can try use www.imgur.com , upload your screenshot there and copy/paste the link here.

Hi there could you plz offer the screenshot about your issue? Or you could use another mobile wallet and send all your asset to the new one and keep the password and mnemonic phrase of your new wallet well.

@Choeriswangqiji i can not send my vite to a other wallet because I cannot get in and i have the seed phrase well kept but can’t find where to put it in

@Maarten Can you try downloading a new one and choose import your phrase.
