GRIN transaction confirmed but not showing in balance (Vite wallet)

My GRIN was confirmed on 24/7 but still not showing in my wallet? Any help?

@dinj13 also I have tried confirming transactions as well as requesting a gateway re send.

Sorry for the late reply. For now, only iOS Vite Wallet supports GRIN, if your web wallet or android wallet was open while your GRIN transaction is received, you won't be able to receive GRIN. You can try to tell the sender to cancel the transaction and resend you while your iOS wallet is open and others are not.
