Can you give an example what a named address might look like?
Will there be fees for registering one? If so, what kind of amount are we looking at? And who will the fees go to?

A naming service example in Vite could be like vite.myname.mycontract. The top-level domain name will be retained by the system for specific purposes. For example, vite.xx represents Vite address, and eth.xx represents an Ethereum address. User is free to define the rest parts in his VNS domains as he wishes.
Resisting VNS would not be free and will be charged a certain amount of Vite tokens - the exact number is yet unconfirmed.
